Condensed Milk Pound Cake

By now, you must all know how much I love making desserts and cakes! My latest creations is this condensed milk pound cake! It’s very easy to make and it’s delicious! Check it out!

You’ll Need:

1 ⅓ cups of plain flour.
226 grams of unsalted butter.
¾ cup of condensed milk.
½ cup of sugar.
¾ tsp of baking powder.
½ tsp of sea salt.
3 large eggs.
2 tsps of pure vanilla extract.

How to:

In a bowl, cream together the sugar, pure vanilla extract, butter and salt until fluffy then pour in the condensed milk and mix well to combine. Add in beaten eggs gradually while mixing then add in the flour and baking powder mixture gradually while mixing.
In a buttered loaf pan, pour the batter and bake in a preheated oven to 160°C for 1 hour.
