Corn chowder is known for its amazing taste, but you don’t have to simmer it all day on the stove, this recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare and it tastes incredible! Check it out.
1 (10 ¾ ounce) can of campbell’s classics cream of potato soup.
1 (11 ounce) can of Green Giant corn niblets.
4 slices of Oscar meyer ready to serve bacon.
1 cup of lowfat or whole milk.
In a safe bowl, heat the bacon in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
In a sauce pan, pour the cream of potato soup, mix in the milk and corn.
Now break up the cooked bacon into small pieces and stir in the saucepan.
Bring to a simmer, it takes about 5 minutes, and serve with oyster crackers.
