Crunchy Pan-Fried Chicken
We love KFC so much, the chicken there is just so delicious. I tried many recipes for fried chicken, and this one is the best! Check out my crunchy pan fried chicken!

You’ll Need:

½ cup of seasoned fine dry breadcrumbs.
4 skinned and boned chicken breasts.
1 large beaten egg.
½ cup of self-rising cornmeal mix.
½ tsp of pepper.
¼ cup of vegetable oil.

How to:

In a shallow dish, mix together the cornmeal mix, bread crumbs and pepper until combined.

In a bowl, beat the egg, dip the chicken in the egg and dredge in the cornmeal mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
