I love fried chicken so much, but I try to avoid frying it, so this recipe saved my life! It’s so simple to prepare and it almost tastes and looks like the fried chicken! Check out my fake recipe for fried chicken.
1 cup of ranch dressing.
1 (2 ½ to 4 pound) skinless cut up chicken.
2 cups of instant potato flakes.
Brush the chicken with the dressing and roll in the potato flakes.
Place the chicken pieces in a sprayed baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 450°.
Once in the oven, turn down the heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes.
Easy, peasy and yummy! I serve this with a nice veggies salad and some rice. Give it a shot, you’ll thank me later!
