3 (8 inch) flour tortillas.
1 (10 ounce) jar of tartar sauce.
1 (10.6 ounce) package Gorton’s extra Crunchy fish tenders.
1 small thinly sliced red onion.
1 ½ cups of shredded Romaine lettuce.
First, prepare and bake the fish according to the package instructions.
Now, wrap the stack of tortillas in foil, arrange them in a baking dish and place in the oven during the last 5 minutes of baking.
On serving plates, place the warm tortillas, put 2 tenders on each one and cover with a few slices of the onion.
Top with a dollop of the tartar sauce and ¼ cup of lettuce.
Fold the tortillas and enjoy!
