Garlic Chicken Pizza

Garlic Chicken Pizza
We love pizza so much, and I never buy it I always make mine! This garlic chicken pizza is super easy and quick to make. Check it out, I’m sure you’ll like it.

You’ll Need:

1 ½ tbsps of dijon mustard.
1 (16 ounce) Italian Cheese-flavored pizza crust.
1 cup of chopped plum tomato.
¾ cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
¼ cup of finely shredded fresh parmesan cheese.
2 tbsps of red wine vinegar.
4 minced cloves of garlic.
1 ½ cups of shredded cooked chicken breast.
1 cup of chopped mushrooms.
¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese.
¼ cup of chopped green onions.

How to:

In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, dijon mustard and garlic until well combined.

On a baking sheet, place the crust and brush it with the vinegar mixture.

Place the chicken, tomato and mushrooms in the crust and sprinkle with cheeses and green onions.

In a preheated oven to 400° bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
