Garlic Fries
Who doesn’t love fries? But we all avoid them as much as we can because of the frying and the fat blabla. These garlic fries are a must-try! They’re low fat and taste amazing!

You’ll Need:

4 tsps of vegetable oil.
2 tbsps of butter.
2 tbsps of finely chopped fresh parsley.
3 pounds of peeled baking potatoes, cut into ¼ inch thick strips.
¾ tsp of salt.
8 minced cloves of garlic.
2 tbsps of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking spray.

How to:

In a large zip-top plastic bag, mix together the potatoes, oil and salt and coat.

In a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, place the potatoes and bake in a preheated oven to 400° for 50 minutes turning halfway.

In a large nonstick skillet, cook the butter and garlic over low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly.

Once the potatoes are baked, stir them in the butter mixture with parsley and cheese and stir to coat.

Serve hot and enjoy!
