Green Goddess Chicken Salad
The hero of this recipe is kale, even if I love chicken even more! This salad is a must try guys, check it out.

You’ll Need:

¾ cup of cream.
½ cup of finely chopped fresh parsley.
2 tbsps of finely chopped fresh tarragon.
2 cloves of garlic mashed with a pinch of salt.
¼ tsp of black pepper.
2 rotisserie chickens, meat removed and diced.
¾ cup of finely chopped carrots.
¾ cup of canola mayonnaise.
3 tbsps of fresh lemon juice.
½ cup of finely chopped fresh chives.
2 tbsps of finely chopped fresh tarragon.
¼ tsp of kosher salt.
2 cups of thinly sliced curly kale.
¾ cup of finely chopped celery.

How to:

In a bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, chives, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.

Massage the kale leaves then mix them with ¾ cup of the dressing in a large bowl.

Mix in the chicken, celery, carrot and the remaining dressing.

Once well combined, let set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
