No Bake Chewy Granola Bars
Peanut butter, coconuts and pistachios go perfectly together, with some oats and cereal, you can’t imagine the result! Check out this amazing no bake chewy granola bars!

You’ll Need:

1 cup of ancient grain cereal blend.
¼ cup of chopped unsalted pistachios.
¼ tsp of kosher salt.
⅓ cup of honey.
1 ¼ cups of quick cooking oats.
¼ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut.
½ tsp of vanilla extract.
⅓ cup of creamy peanut butter.
¼ cup of chopped pitted dates.

How to:

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, cereal blend, shredded coconut, pistachios, vanilla extract and kosher salt until well combined.

In a saucepan, cook the peanut butter, honey and dates over medium heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly.

Mix the peanut butter mixture with the oats mixture until well combined and pour in a sprayed 8 square baking pan, press to even the layer and freeze for 10 minutes.

Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
