Who said that you can only have popcorn the old traditional way? I make mine with browned butter and parmesan cheese! Check this popcorn and let me know what you think.
3 tbsps of unsalted butter.
¼ tsp of kosher salt.
1 cup of popcorn kernels or 1 bag of plain microwave popcorn.
3 tbsps of grated parmesan.
First, pop the popcorn.
In a skillet or a small saucepan, melt the butter oven medium heat and swirl with a wooden spoon as it starts to foam.
Once it begins to golden, turn off the heat, it takes about 1 minute to brown the butter.
Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt.
Toss to coat and enjoy!
