2-Ingredient-Pumpkin-Cupcakes

It doesn’t have to be complicated to make amazing and delicious delights! Sometimes, all it takes is two ingredients! Check out these delicious pumpkin cupcakes.

You’ll Need:

1 yellow cake or spice cake mix.
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin.
Walnuts, pecans or chocolate chips (optional).
Frosting/icing as you like (optional).

How to:

Mix together the pumpkin can with juice and the cake mix until well combined.

Stir in the walnuts or pecans if you want to use them and mix until well combined.

In a pampered chef pan or liners sprayed with cooking spray drop 2 spoonfuls of the dough in each cup.

In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 20 to 25 minutes and let cool before frosting.
