I love cheeses! I cook with almost all types of cheeses, and this roquefort quiche is one of my latest recipes! Check it out.
3 slices of crumbled cooked bacon.
1 (9 inch) pastry shell, partially baked.
½ cup of heavy cream.
4 ounces of softened roquefort cheese.
1 minced scallion.
3 slightly beaten eggs.
2 tbsps of butter.
Scatter the cheese, bacon and scallion in the pastry shell.
In a bowl, mix together the eggs and cream and pour the mixture over the shell.
Dot with butter and bake in a preheated oven to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Easy, peasy and cheesy! Rather as a side dish, a snack or a dinner, this roquefort quiche is a must try guys! Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.
