Sometimes, we just want to eat something to keep us occupied! These spicy sweet pecans are amazing! If you want to watch a movie, it’s better than popcorn. Check it out.
2 tsps of chopped fresh rosemary.
1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
¼ tsp of ground nutmeg.
1 large egg white.
1 tbsp of light brown sugar.
1 tsp of kosher salt.
¼ tsp of ground ginger.
¼ tsp of ground red pepper.
4 cups of pecan halves.
Vegetable cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the pecans and egg white.
In a second bowl, mix together the egg white and 1 tbsp of water until foamy then stir in the pecans.
Mix the pecan mixture with the sugar mixture to coat then spread the mixture in a lightly greased aluminum foil lined half sheet pan.
In a preheated oven to 275° bake for 50 to 55 minutes stirring 2 or 3 times while cooking.
Spread on wax paper and let cool. Voila!
