½ cup of plain fat free greek yogurt.
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
½ cup of chopped green onions.
1 cup of halved red seedless grapes.
1 tbsp of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley.
1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper.
½ cup of mayonnaise.
1 tbsp of dijon mustard.
4 cups of chopped cooked chicken.
1 cup of diced celery.
1 tbsp of chopped fresh dill.
1 tsp of kosher salt.
½ cup of toasted roughly chopped almonds.
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Serve with crunchy, buttery crackers or on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato.
