These white chocolate lemon truffles are amazing! They taste like heaven and they’re so easy to make! Check out how easy it is!
1 cup of white chocolate.
5 tbsps of unsalted butter.
3 tbsps of heavy cream.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp of lemon extract.
1 drop of yellow food coloring.
Superfine baker’s sugar for dusting.
Melt the chocolate, butter and cream in the microwave and stir to combine.
Mix in the salt and lemon extract and refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
Form the dough into 1 inch balls using a melon baller scoop or a small spoon then to dust with the sugar to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
